At Lacité, your watch is covered by a limited 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the watch itself, including the movement, case, and crystal. If a covered issue arises during this period, we commit to repairing or replacing your watch or the defective component.

The warranty is transferable; the new owner can claim under it provided they can supply proof of ownership, such as the original purchase documents.


To make a claim, simply contact our customer service with the original proof of purchase and a description of the issue.


The warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to accidents, impacts, or mishandling.
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, strap alteration).
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Water damage caused by misuse (e.g., exceeding water resistance limits, unscrewed crown).
• Loss or theft.
