When will I receive the Urbanite GMT I have preordered? 

All Urbanite GMT sold during the presale will be assembled during April and will be shipped on May 11 2026 or before. 

What’s the delivery time?

Orders are shipped from Montréal within 2 business days, and transit typically takes between 3 and 7 business days depending on your destination. We work with various carriers to serve customers worldwide. For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Do I have to pay duties and import fees?

No. All our packages are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and taxes are covered upfront — you won’t be charged anything additional upon delivery.

How to track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. All orders are shipped with full tracking, and you can follow your package directly through the link provided in that email.

Where do you ship?

We ship to almost every country in the world, with the exception of Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Zambia.

Do you accept returns?

Where are your watches assembled?

All our watches are assembled locally in Montréal, Canada, using imported parts.
