All Urbanite GMT sold during the presale will be assembled during April and will be shipped on May 11 2026 or before.
Orders are shipped from Montréal within 2 business days, and transit typically takes between 3 and 7 business days depending on your destination. We work with various carriers to serve customers worldwide. For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Returns
Items purchased during presales or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned.
For all other items, you have 15 days from receiving your order to submit a return request. Simply head to our contact page and send us a message about your return request. Upon approval, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to send your items back.
Please note that all returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns for any products that show signs of use or wear.
